  2. @Prime; I tire o, my Brother. With the snail-pace approach Nigeria had adopted for pricurenent of msjor platforms, I am sure we will get 3 units by 2020.

    The JF-17 is practically a Chinese Fighter (FC-1 Fierce Dragon) assembled in Pakistan.

    If the pilots have same level of skills, then a Dogfight will be keenly contested. It will be a close contest. BVR is another thing entirely. The AIM-120D Air-to-Air missile armed F-16 can take out a foe at 180km away. I wouldn’t know if the Thunder’s countermeasures can neutralize it.
